AI Boundaries
What to Delegate, What to Protect
The rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) raises some of the most pressing questions of our time, especially where humanity and automation intersect. While technology can enhance and support many areas of our lives, there are certain domains that must remain firmly in human hands.
Digital Haunting?
Can something without a soul hold intellectual property?
One key issue is copyright. While AI can analyse data and generate content, copyright protection is delicate territory. AI draws on existing sources and reshapes them according to our prompts — essentially producing a generated montage.
As Qubit describes, AI is a “stochastic parrot” — placing pre-learned words and phrases into context, trying to predict what the “poet,” meaning us, intended. Human creativity, art, and unique ideas have intrinsic value that AI will never fully replicate. That’s why legal frameworks must protect human creations and guarantee the rights of their creators.
Artificial Art
Creativity is another domain where balance is key. AI can automate tasks and analyse data, but original ideas, innovation, and artistic expression still depend on human imagination. Creative thinking and emotional intelligence remain beyond AI’s full reach.
That said, we are seeing more artistic applications of AI — even here in Hungary — such as exhibitions showcasing AI-generated works alongside human-made art.

Will AI Take Our Jobs?
Workforce anxiety around automation is real. AI is already replacing certain workflows, and fear or adaptability often correlates with age. As we discussed in our article on Generation Z, HR leaders must help employees see not just the risks but also the opportunities of a shifting labour market.
Education and continuous training will be critical in preparing people for new roles and skills.
When it comes to human connection, communication, and trust, no algorithm can replace the depth of person-to-person interaction. A strong collegial or trust-based relationship cannot — and should not — be built with a machine. Empathy, emotional intelligence, and care for human relationships will always be at the heart of thriving organisations.
Striking the Right Balance
The challenge is deciding what we can safely delegate to AI and what requires irreplaceable human input. Finding this balance between technological progress and human values gives us the chance to shape a more harmonious and effective future.
Let’s explore together where AI can support your work — and where your human touch must lead the way.
