Why doesn't most training change how people work?

Why doesn't most training change how people work?

Business problems are people problems.

[eureka] creates science-backed, play-powered learning experiences for organizations that want stronger teams, better leadership and culture change people can actually feel at work.

Most providers treat gamification like a coat of paint: points, badges and playful visuals layered onto the same old slides.

For us, the game is the method: we design simulation-based experiences around the behavior you want to change, so people can practice, reflect and turn learning into action.

Forced fun? You need better design.

Forced fun does not build trust. Our programs create the psychological safety where real conversations start, so a group that arrives as colleagues can leave as a more connected team.

Learning Experiences

Workshops & Trainings

This helps build:

Practical, facilitator-led programs that turn soft skills into everyday workplace habits.

We skip theory-heavy lectures and focus on the moments where people actually need better tools: feedback, stress regulation, emotional intelligence, strengths-based communication and decision-making under pressure.

· More trust, less drama.
· Better decisions under pressure.
· Leaders and teams who can use what they learned back at work.

Gamified Learning Experiences

Serious Games & Learning Journeys

This helps build:

Immersive, game-based learning experiences where your people do not just listen, they practice. Participants enter a shared challenge, make decisions, solve problems and experience the consequences together. That is where the learning becomes real: inside the activity. They may start their journey as a group, but they leave with shared language, sharper awareness and new ways to work together.

· Shared experiences people actually talk about.
· Deeper learning through practice, not passive instruction.
· Teams that give clearer feedback, collaborate under pressure and make better decisions together.

Gamified Experiences

Team Building & Gamified Events

This helps build:

High-energy team experiences designed to create real participation, genuine connection and a stronger sense of belonging. No awkward icebreakers. No forced fun. Your team steps into an immersive world where they trade, bluff, solve, create and cooperate, while the experience quietly builds the behaviors that make teamwork work.

· Real participation, even from sceptics.
· Shared laughs and lasting memories.
· Teams that understand one another better and return to work with less friction.

How do we know it works?

How do we know it works?

Effectiveness is not a feeling. We build evidence into every engagement, in three layers.

Effectiveness is not a feeling. We build evidence into every engagement, in three layers.

In the room

We track participation, observe team dynamics and collect feedback from both participants and client leads. This shows us how people engage while the experience is happening.

After the session

Our facilitators summarize what surfaced during the experience: group patterns, communication habits, friction points, strengths and the questions worth taking further. These are the things a survey score alone cannot catch.

Over time

We review the original goals with the client and look at what changed, what needs reinforcement and what the next phase should focus on. The goal is not a one-off “great session.” The goal is workplace transfer.

Results so far:
97.5% positive participant feedback
across 600+ engagements.

Work Shouldn’t S*ck.

Work Shouldn’t S*ck.

But working in a bad environment really does.

We founded [eureka] in 2014 to fix what burned us out. It is rarely the hard work itself, but the disconnected culture around it.

We believe high workplace performance and playfulness go hand in hand. The more of our work runs through screens and AI, the more valuable the skills become that no tool can practice for us: trust, honest feedback and real collaboration.

That is what we build: experiences where people practice the human skills modern work needs most.

— Gabi Bodi, Peter Kalmar
Co-founders, [eureka]

“It was really valuable to step away from the day-to-day work and openly discuss our strengths and needs. We understood each other much better as people, not just through our roles. I’m taking several concrete insights and reflections back into my everyday work.”

[eureka] proposed a method our team initially met with real scepticism. Without exception, everyone came away with a genuinely useful methodology. Through CliftonStrengths we learned not only our own strengths, but how to use them dynamically, complementing each other in our daily work.

Csaba Debreczeny

Global Sales Director at Schott AG

The expertise, commitment and creativity you brought to the trainings contributed greatly to the success of the program and to our participants’ development. The feedback from our apprentices was overwhelmingly positive. [...] The program could not have been this successful without your work.

[eureka] facilitators supported our leadership team in understanding how to use each individual’s strengths to increase team cooperation and engagement. The positive attitude of the methodology created a unique opportunity for self-reflection that anchored our relationships.

The team described the session as fun, engaging and energizing, highlighting the immersive storyline, the well-designed quests and the dynamic narration. The experience exceeded expectations, even for participants who are usually not fans of corporate activities.

Zdravko Spasic

“As a result of the training, cooperation among the group members became more harmonious, and our communication with each other more open and honest. It’s no longer difficult to ask for help, and we can be sure that we will support each other.”
