3 playable activities
At the start of Mental Health Day, participants could join 3 game-based activities, each approaching connection and wellbeing from a different angle.
Mental Monsters
Face Stress, Burnout, Anxiety and Loneliness as giant illustrated monsters, and defeat them through logic, strategy and giant dice.
Find the Balance!
Search for the building blocks of balance between mind and soul through a treasure hunt combined with a crossword puzzle.
Connect!
Decode the message of Mental Health Day by working together with others, because each participant holds only one piece of the solution.
A 3-part game combining treasure hunting, puzzles and board games
Interactive activities designed to support spontaneous connections
Custom visual, print and game assets, including Mental Monster figures
On-site facilitation supporting participation, flow & conversations
The project was delivered in close coordination with Richter’s team. The activities transformed the central lobby into a visible, accessible and inviting game zone that not only drew attention, but also helped participants navigate the broader Mental Health Day program.
The [eureka] team was responsible for:
Designing the 3-part game-based activity framework
Creating the rules, mechanics and participant journey
Producing the visual, print and game assets
Facilitating the activities on-site and supporting participant engagement
Collecting and evaluating online feedback and results
The project successfully turned the topic of mental wellbeing into an approachable shared experience. 270 colleagues took part in the playful activities, 139 participants gave feedback, and the programs received an average rating of 4.79 / 5.
The recommendation rate was also exceptionally strong: 138 respondents said they would recommend the program to their colleagues, while only 1 answered no.
Participant feedback speaks for itself:
I am grateful for the experiences I received! Thank you for organizing such opportunities for us!
One of the most meaningful moments came when a participant connected personally with the Anxiety Mental Monster and, through the support of the facilitator, was guided toward the professional psychological consultation available on-site. For us, this showed exactly why the games mattered: they created a psychologically safe space where someone could recognize, express and take a first step toward addressing a real personal challenge.
