We took the HR Heroes universe, already familiar to HR Fest regulars, and pushed it somewhere new. Instead of stickers, we built a collectible card game. Each card featured a unique HR Hero character: a recognisable persona with its own strengths, a power level, and a special ability. The cards were not just collectibles, but playful tools for getting to know each other.

Visitors picked up HR Hero cards at each exhibitor stand. The more stands they visited, the stronger their hand were. But the real game began when they found another player. Any two attendees could challenge each other to a Duel, a quick, rules-light card battle that mixed strategic card selection with a healthy dose of luck.

This meant the game spread across the whole event: every corridor, every coffee queue, every networking break became a potential „networking arena”. You did not need to be standing at a booth to play, you just needed another person and a few cards in your pocket.
