HR Fest Lupa is one of Hungary’s biggest outdoor HR events — hosted on a lakeside beach in Budapest. Back in 2020, the organizers faced a familiar challenge: how to spark real interaction between visitors and exhibitors. With over 1300 attendees enjoying the talks and the laid-back atmosphere, too few were venturing into the sponsor zone. The goal? Get people genuinely curious about the booths — without pushing. They came to us with a question we love: Could you turn exploration into play?

HR Heroes: Collect, connect, win
We designed a simple, playful frame game that tied the entire event together. Each exhibitor stand offered a themed mini challenge — from quick quizzes to photo hunts and branded tasks. If completed, visitors earned a “HR Hero” sticker, a uniquely designed “HR Hero” sticker, themed to match that exhibitor’s identity. which they collected in their event booklet. The more heroes they gathered, the higher their chances in the prize draw. These were collected in a dedicated booklet, and each one counted as an entry into a prize draw. The more heroes you had, the better your odds.
